Each year, the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate offers scholarships to promising graduate and undergraduate real estate students. Beyond these opportunities, there are plenty of additional real estate scholarships offered by organizations nationwide. Just note, those require a separate application process and have varying deadlines and eligibility requirements.
Additionally, as a permanent tribute to an extraordinary USD alumnus, the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate established the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded each semester to the most outstanding student pursuing real estate as a career. There is no application form for this scholarship.
