Trevor is a senior review appraiser at the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, and co-manages the appraisal requirements connected to a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio used by the U.S. Navy and Marines. For more than a decade, he worked at Jones, Roach & Caringella where he focused on litigation support involving eminent domain, title defect, arbitration, mediation, contamination, taxation, estates, and diminution in value.
Trevor teaches graduate and undergraduate real estate valuation courses at USD, and is an approved instructor at the Appraisal Institute. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute’s national board of directors and is the former chairman of the Leadership Development and Advisory Council and past President of the San Diego Chapter. Trevor holds the distinguished MAI, SRA and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute, and pursues scholarly research into environmental protection, ground leases and governmental policy. He was the principle architect of AB-1888, which codified mandatory disclosure for California.
