Brendan Foote '05 founded Fabric Investments in 2013 with a focus on high quality neighborhood development in the San Diego coastal and urban markets. Brendan oversees portfolio strategy, development and acquisitions. Brendan has a passion for design and community, the cornerstones of Fabric's asset collection. Brendan is a graduate of the University of San Diego and resides in Encinitas with his wife and two daughters.
