
President Fieldcrest Aspiration Foundation
Rosemary currently serves as president of the Fieldcrest Aspiration Foundation. She spends her free time with her children and grandchildren and travels with her husband.
For the last 25 years of Rosemary’s career, she was an education entrepreneur in North Texas, co-founding three nonprofits. The most recent were SustainEd Leaders in 2019 and Teaching Trust in 2010. Both organizations developed educational leaders committed to transforming urban public schools. As part of this work, Rosemary served as Director of the Urban School Leadership Program at Southern Methodist University’s Simmons School of Education. In 1996, she founded a successful charter organization, Uplift Education, in Texas, for which she received the Excellence in Leadership award from the Center for Nonprofit Management.
Rosemary is a Pahara Education Fellow with the Aspen Institute. Rosemary’s affiliations before relocating to California include serving as a board member of Educate Texas, Texas Charter School Association, Las Colinas Medical Center and Las Colinas Association, and the Alliance to Reform Education Leadership.
Before entering education, Rosemary spent 15 years as an attorney and executive with a national retail company. She has a B.A. and J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
