Join your classmates for a special reception at the private residence of Gary '73 (BA) '76 (JD) and Judy Schons in San Diego's historic Talmadge neighborhood exclusively for the School of Law's class of 1976. Reconnect with the familiar faces and share memories with the classmates who walked the halls and studied alongside you.

A golden tradition, Golden Toreros are alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago. This year, graduates from the Class of 1976 will be individually recognized and honored as the newest Golden Toreros to receive their medals. Join University President James T. Harris III, DEd and Dean and C. Hugh Friedman Professor of Law Robert Schapiro for a reception, three-course dinner, and induction ceremony.

School of Law Class of 1976 alumni are invited to gather in Warren Hall — formerly More Hall — to walk the halls of your law school alma mater. The reception will conclude with a group class photo in front of the law school, before walking over together as a group to the Golden Toreros Dinner with the President and Dean.

Reconnect with classmates at our Homecoming and Family Weekend Brunch at USD's flagship restaurant, La Gran Terraza. Take in sweeping views of Tecolote Canyon and Mission Bay while enjoying the restaurant's warm ambiance, double-sided fireplace, and outdoor terrace.
All members of the USD community are welcome, and the Class of 1976 will have dedicated seating together to share memories and celebrate their milestone reunion.
The curated brunch features a blend of coastal California flavors and classic Mediterranean fare, including:
