50th Reunion Class Gift

The Undergraduate Class of 1976 Memorial Scholarship

"The focus of the USD Undergraduate Class of 1976 50th Reunion class gift is to establish a Memorial Scholarship in memory of classmates, faculty, and administrators who made a meaningful impact on our experience as students. Our goal, as we collectively celebrate life-long friendships and remember individuals dear to us, is to fund an endowed* scholarship in their memories. These impactful people include (but are not limited to) President Author Hughes, PhD, Sr. Sally Furay, RSCJ, PhD, JD, Sr. Annette Bourret, RSCJ, MA, Mr. Skip Walsh, Mary Montgomery Blake, Maureen Gardner, Jim Lovell, Liam McGee, and many more.

*To achieve the goal of an “endowed” scholarship, the Undergraduate Class of 1976 Memorial Scholarship fund would need to reach the $50K mark within five years. This can be made possible through one-time or pledged gifts within this timeframe.
