A golden tradition, the Golden Toreros are alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago! USD's Homecoming and Family Weekend 2013 was the inaugural year for this special group, as alumni from the classes of 1953 through 1963 were inducted and received medals.
Golden Toreros are invited back to campus each Homecoming and Family Weekend to reconnect with friends and witness the induction of the current 50th Year Reunion Class. Additional events are planned throughout the year to welcome Golden Toreros back to campus each season.
You’re invited to join your classmates to celebrate the Golden 50th Year Reunion for the Class of 1976 during Homecoming and Family Weekend on October 16-18, 2026.
