David Salisbury

David Salisbury is the Director of Strategic Client Development at Mintz, where he partners with firm leadership and attorneys to advance strategic client programs and enterprise-wide business development initiatives that strengthen key relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth. With more than two decades at Mintz, he has contributed to Mintz’s growth strategy, market expansion, and brand development across California, New York, Washington, DC, and Canada, helping to design and scale integrated business development, client experience, branding, alumni relations, and go-to-market strategies that support both practice-level and firmwide objectives. In his current role, David connects clients with the right legal teams, industry insights, and cross-practice capabilities to help them navigate complexity and align legal strategy with business priorities. Prior to joining Mintz, he served as National Marketing Manager at a nationally recognized law firm and previously held senior marketing leadership roles with ARRK Product Development Group and HOIST Fitness Systems. Deeply committed to community leadership, David serves on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Directors Forum, is Corporate Sponsorship Chair for Sharp HospiceCare’s Annual Benefit Dinner and Regatta, and is an active leader and volunteer with the University of San Diego and Access Youth Academy.
