Valley A
The Valley A complex offers suite-style living and is coed by floor. There are twelve, three-story buildings with each floor housing residents in single, double and triple rooms. The suites have a furnished common space and two bathrooms. These bathrooms must be cleaned by the residents. Each resident has an extra-long (80") twin bed, chest of drawers, and desk with chair. Each room has wireless Internet and a closet. These units are located along the edge of Tecolote Canyon and some have views of Mission Bay.
A Community Director, eleven Resident Assistants, and a Resident Minister reside in Valley A.
Valley A was recently renovated with new flooring (all luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring), new furniture, and new bathroom vanities. The new furniture offers added benefits, such as electrical outlets in both the bed frames and the desks, and a beautiful, wooden design.
Please note, the height of this bed is not able to be adjusted (bed risers do not support these beds), and the beds come with built-in storage drawers underneath (no need to bring storage bins for under the bed!).

Valley A Suite Layouts
The Valley A Community consists of 12 buildings, each with three floors that house 8-10 residents per floor. The ground level on the canyon side is floor two, and the ground level on the alley side is floor one.
Valley A Resources
Residents can visit the Mata'yuum Crossroads desk for all associated services. Toilet paper, trash bags and vacuums are distributed to residents as needed. RAs are present during the evenings for all Valley residents.
