Ready to register your club for the 2026-2027 academic year?

Formerly known as the Student Org Conference, the Student Org Leadership Training is an asynchronous training and the first step in the Club Registration Process. The training aims to provide student organization leaders with the necessary information to register their student organizations under the Student Activities and Involvement Office.
Student Org Leadership Training (SOLT) launches in July
Who needs to complete SOLT? At least two Executive Board members.
Why? Completion of SOLT is the first step of the Club Registration Process. It is required before registering your organization on Torero Orgs.
Expedited Club Re-registration Period: July 1–September 30, 2026
Late Re-registration Period: October 1–April 1
All returning clubs who missed the September 30 deadline will be subject to the New Club Registration Process. Re-registering organizations will need to attend an ASG Student Organization Committee meeting for approval.
The club registration form must be submitted by April 1 for the 2026–27 academic year.
Throughout September, organizations re-registering and their former schedulers will still be able to submit EvRs. However, after September 30, these privileges will be revoked if registration is incomplete. This exception does not apply to new student organizations.
