Planning Events This Year?
Every student organization must designate at least one Event Scheduler. The Event Scheduler is the only member with access to Virtual EMS, where you’ll book rooms on campus or schedule off-campus events.
Accessing Virtual EMS
To submit Event Requests (EvRs), your organization’s Event Scheduler must complete the Student Org Event Planner Training each academic year.
- Training must be renewed every year.
- Students who completed the training in the previous academic year will keep access until September 30th of the following academic year.
- Starting October 1st, only students who complete the training in the current academic year will have EMS access.
