The SHC provides physical exams for routine care as well as requirements of most programs or activities (e.g., volunteering, internships, research, pre-employment, sport clubs, study abroad, etc.) There is a charge for travel physicals, sport club physicals, and any other physicals that require paperwork or clearance for participation. These charges may be waived if the physical is part of a requirement for your degree (such as School of Nursing or ROTC physicals). Please see below for instructions for different types of physicals you may need.
