Director, Multifamily Transactions
Tyler is the Director of Multifamily Transactions for Sunroad Enterprises in San Diego. He oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, and capitalizations processes and is responsible for all underwriting, due diligence, and transaction milestones. He has been with the company since he graduated from the MSRE in 2019. During his time at Sunroad, he has successfully closed over 70 transactions with a market capitalization of $4.2 billion.
Previously, he was with KirE Builders in San Diego, CA and Transwestern Commercial Services in Walnut Creek, CA.
