Maria hails from the San Francisco Bay Area. She relocated to San Diego to attend Woodbury University School of Architecture in Barrio Logan, where she earned her bachelor’s in architecture. Upon graduating, she gained valuable experience working with established architecture firms in San Diego, specializing in DSA educational projects, biotech laboratories and residential projects. Maria currently works for Vista Nine Properties as a project and construction manager, where she leads design and construction efforts for new residential developments and renovation projects. She is also the co-founder and business development lead at Atelier Parti, a local architecture firm, and is the COO of Fubar Design, a local 3D printing studio. Maria is interested in currently advancing her professional development and expanding her network in the real estate industry through the MSRE program. With her diverse skill set, Maria is committed to making significant contributions to the fields of architecture and real estate in San Diego. Maria’s hobbies include taking her niece to the San Diego Zoo, exploring San Diego and traveling.
