With over 21 years of experience in the San Diego real estate market, Mauricio Perez '00 BBA currently serves as head broker of KW Gold and leads an office of 120 agents in Chula Vista. His prior role at Keller Williams was in La Jolla, managing a team of 220 realtors. As team leader for The M Realty Group, Mauricio runs a team of four salespersons. The M Realty Team is ranked as the no. 43 Latino team in the nation by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). The team is also ranked within the top one percent of real estate teams in San Diego as ranked by the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. Mauricio currently serves as national director for NAHREP and also sits on the University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association Advisory Board. Mauricio also volunteers his time serving on the Grievance and Risk Management Committees at his local realtor association.
