The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate's 20th Annual Residential Real Estate Conference: Outlook 2021 will feature keynote speaker Frank E. Nothaft, chief economist for CoreLogic, America’s largest provider of advanced property and ownership information. Nothaft will provide national and local forecasts for residential markets.

Following the keynote, Nothaft will join Kimberly Byrum, principal at Meyers Research, and Peter F. Dennehy '97 JD, vice president of customer and market research at Newland, in a panel discussion which will discuss what we should expect in residential markets in 2021. Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business, will moderate the panel discussion.
