University of San Diego is nationally ranked for student participation in study abroad programs and international education is a core piece of a USD education. There are study abroad opportunities for undergraduate as well as graduate students in a variety of interesting and exciting international locations.

The University of San Diego provides opportunities to study in over 30 countries, with programs to accommodate every student, every major, and every budget. These programs can help you meet major or minor requirements, complete general education courses, and/or achieve proficiency in a second (or third!) language. Programs are available for the full semester, summer, or intersession. Course work abroad can be taken in the language of the host country or in English. There are many different options to personalize your international educational experience.

Through USD's studies abroad, you will be able to immerse yourself in other cultures, increase and enhance your global awareness, and develop an appreciation of diverse cultural values.
