The San Diego Housing Federation, in collaboration with other stakeholders, has proposed a $900 million housing bond for the November 2020 ballot. Among other things, this measure would provide homes for approximately 2,500 homeless people currently living on San Diego's streets, waterways, and parks. Join us for a discussion with Stephen Russell, Executive Director of the SDHF, to learn more about why there is a housing crisis, how the proposed measure could help to address the crisis, and the strategies that the SDHF is using to generate support for it.

This event is part of the Urgent Challenges Collective's Fall 2020 Speaker Series and Homelessness & Food Insecurity Action Week programming. Learn more about our other programs on our online calendar! This event is also co-sponsored by the USD Votes initiative.
