The Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego and The Nonprofit Institute at the University of San Diego have joined together to create FORTIFY, a collection of offerings to strengthen the leadership, well-being and sustainability of nonprofit leaders and organizations. FORTIFY was curated in response to feedback from nonprofit leaders regarding COVID-19 and in recognition of the tremendous strain under which these leaders are working to sustain organizations, manage teams and serve clients. FORTIFY aims to nourish San Diego's nonprofit leaders as they lead through this unprecedented time.
