HBCU Fellowship

The HBCU Changemaker Fellowship at the University of San Diego aims to bring forth a new generation of leaders committed to creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and hopeful world. This transformative fellowship empowers graduates with the comprehensive knowledge, skills, and values necessary to excel in their professional and personal lives. Rooted in the principles of academic excellence, ethical conduct, and compassionate service, our fellows are prepared to confront humanity's challenges, foster peace, work for justice, and lead with love.

The fellowship includes offerings at the Kroc School of Peace Studies, the USD School of Law, the School of Leadership and Education Sciences, and the Knauss School of Business. Anchored in the rich traditions of Catholic intellectual heritage and the vibrant cultural environment of the San Diego-Tijuana border, each of these USD Schools brings its own unique blend to the fellowship, all uniting under a mission to cultivate inspired and meaningful lives dedicated to making a positive impact on local, national, and global communities for HBCU graduates.
