Design Your Path. Explore What’s Possible.
When you join the USD nursing community, you become part of a supportive environment dedicated to your personal and professional growth. Our flexible degree programs are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re just beginning your nursing journey or looking to advance your career.
HyFlex (Hybrid Flexible)
Select degree and certificate programs are offered in a HyFlex format, giving you the flexibility to attend classes in person (only one day a week), join live sessions via Zoom, or watch recorded sessions asynchronously.
Online
We also offer fully online degree programs with instructor-led, asynchronous courses, allowing you to learn on your schedule. With materials available anytime, it’s easy to balance your studies with work or other commitments.
On-Campus
On-campus classes are typically held just one to two days per week, giving you the flexibility to complete clinical hours and maintain employment as a registered nurse.
Full-Time/Part-Time
With the exception of our Master’s Entry Program in Nursing (MEPN), which requires full-time enrollment, most programs offer the flexibility to choose between full- or part-time study.
