Our Office
The Military and Veterans Programs is responsible for the administration of all US Department of Veterans Affairs education benefits processing and is dedicated to serving military-connected students. We are the central place for resources, involvement, networking, and the Student Veterans Organization. We also work with other offices on campus and in the community to connect students with appropriate services and advice. You can find us in Hahn University Center, 161.
Student Ambassadors
In addition to our professional staff, our program employs student workers under the VA Work-Study Program. Student ambassadors are essential in helping our center fulfill its mission to support prospective and current military-connected students at USD. They assist in our center's daily operations, organize and facilitate the center's events, & work on projects as needed. Areas that ambassadors work in include academics and financial aid, operations, and admissions and outreach.
