Emotional Well-Being

Emotional well-being is the ability to understand ourselves and cope with life’s challenges.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Your home and work life impacts your health. The Employee Assistance Program is a benefit that provides access to work/life resources, and licensed clinicians. They can help you cope with a wide variety of concerns, from family and financial issues to substance use, emotional health, and stress. Often referred to as an EAP, this program provides confidential problem assessment and in many cases, referral for a specific course of treatment. For more information click here.
