Join us for our upcoming Flu Shot Clinic to protect yourself, your family, and your coworkers. A quick little pinch now means a healthy, happy fall later. All benefit-based employees are welcome to attend our free flu shot event. This includes our Kaiser members, Cigna members, SIMNSA members, and benefit-eligible employees who are currently waiving medical coverage. Participation in this event will earn you a "Wellness" stamp in your T.E.C. Journey Book.

• Registrants must complete a pre-vaccination questionnaire sent via text or email.
• On the day of the clinic, please bring the confirmation number and your insurance ID card.
