The Ahlers Center is pleased to sponsor an annual international development trip for Knauss faculty and administrators. Knauss collaborators engage with colleagues from valued partner institutions around the world, exchanging ideas, advancing research collaborations, and exploring innovative teaching and administrative practices. These international experiences provide opportunities to strengthen global academic partnerships and gain firsthand insight into the business environments shaping today's interconnected economy.

2025 Trip to Mexico
The Ahlers Centers organized a faculty development trip from May 28–June 3, 2023 hosted by Tecnológico de Monterrey in Guadalajara, Mexico. Its aim was to strengthen our international partnership, collaborative research, and innovative teaching through direct engagement between faculty from our respective institutions. The immersive development week included workshops, company visits, faculty research and alumni networking events. Highlights included a site visit to the Akron Stadium Home of Chivas soccer team cultural excursion to the birthplace of Tequila.
