The Ahlers Center for International Business offers short-term non-credit educational programs with a focus on global business for universities, companies and institutions from around the world. We also design custom executive education programs for regionally-based companies that are interested in skilling up employees who work globally.
Attendees from around the world love coming to San Diego due to not only our mild climate, beautiful city and campus, and the many attractions in the local area, but also because of the region’s thousands of innovative technological, life sciences, telecommunications and software companies, as well as our unique coastal location along an international border.

Executive Educational Programs
Ahlers Center’s Global programs provide forward-thinking global training taught by distinguished Knauss School of Business faculty and renowned industry practitioners. They can take place over one day or last up to several weeks (depending on your needs) and are held on the University of San Diego campus, at your organization's offices, or can be fully online or hybrid format. We can create the perfect combination of learning and activities for a group of any size, according to your needs. Itineraries feature lectures from our faculty on global topics of your choice, guest speakers, visits to local companies, campus and city tours, cultural and recreational activities, meals and more.
Global Business Education Programs for University Partners
International university partners seeking to bring their students to San Diego can take advantage of custom-designed educational programming created by the Ahlers Center. Programs range from several days to one month and take place primarily on-site at the University of San Diego, but can also be conducted online or in a hybrid format. Itineraries feature lectures on global topics of your choice taught by renowned Knauss School of Business professors, visits to local companies, networking and learning opportunities with USD students, campus and city tours and more.
