
Paul Lorenzini Professor, University of St. Louis Chaifetz School of Business, and Director, Boeing Institute of International Business
Hadi Alhorr is the director and department chair of the Boeing Institute of International Business at the Richard Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University. As the director, Alhorr leads the strategic direction and vision of the Boeing Institute of International Business and overseas its academic and corporate outreach programs. As the Paul Lorenizini Professor of International business, his research has been focused on organizational strategic planning within economically integrated regions with a primary focus on the strategic choices of multinational corporations. Alhorr has edited a book and has published and presented in some of the top academic journals and conferences of international business and strategic management. In 2023, Alhorr worked as a consultant to the Ministry of Higher Education of Sri Lanka to operationalize the ministry’s strategic plan of making Sri Lanka a Southeast Asian knowledge hub. He has also served in the role of Vice-President of Administration for the Academy of International Business, overseeing the US, Canada and Mideast Chapters. He continues to serve on several executive boards of academic and nonprofit organizations such as Meds and Foods for Kids, World Affairs Council- STL and the Ahlers Center for International Business at University of San Diego.
