USD's Justice In Mexico Project Reports Homicides Decline Near US-Mexico Border
USD's Justice in Mexico Project (JMP), overseen by Department of Political Science and International Relations Associate Professor, David Shirk, released a report in April 2014 that tracked and summarized trends in crime rates throughout Mexico - particularly along the US-Mexico border. In addition to commenting on crime rates, JMP and Dr. Shirk have also provided commentary on deportation and drug regulations.
