Each year, the U.S. News and World Report analyzes more than 1,300 graduate schools, including more than 800 schools of education, and ranks them based on quality assessment, student selectivity, faculty resources and research activity.

SOLES is proud to have moved to the top 10 percent of graduate schools in education in the U.S., up from the top 12 percent in 2013. This continued improvement is testament to our focus on providing quality education for our students, and our commitment to our continued growth and development.

More than 600 students are enrolled in SOLES’s three academic departments which include doctoral, master’s, credential, and undergraduate minor programs.

The graduate schools in education category rankings is led by Johns Hopkins University. The only other private schools in California ranked in the top 10 percent are USC, Stanford and Loyola Marymount.

Complete rankings are available for viewing on the U.S. News and World Report website.
