Editor's note: Barack Obama made history when he was elected president of the United States in 2008. As the Democratic Party prepares to formally nominate him for a second term in the Oval Office, voters will soon have to decide whether to stay the course or go with Republican Mitt Romney. How should we evaluate President Obama’s four years in office?
