USD Mass for the Farm Workers Movement

NBC 7/39 -- In observance of the birthday of Cesar Chavez, USD held a Mass for the Farm Workers Movement. The Mass honored the late union organizer and civil rights activist, along with Philip Vera Cruz, who was a Pilipino American farm worker and co-founder of the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee, and Dolores Huerta, co-founder of the United Farm Workers.
