Students to Attend Border Crime Forum

San Diego Union Tribune -- More than 700 middle school and high school students from Southern California and Mexico are scheduled to attend a border crime forum Friday at the University of San Diego.

The 14th annual Youth Town Meeting, part of the WordLink program, will take place at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice.

WorldLink provides opportunities for young people from San Diego County and Baja California to meet experts and leaders in various fields. The theme of this year’s meeting, selected by the students, is “Crimes Without Borders: Threats to Human Security.” (Full Story)
