During this highly interactive conversation between Ken and Meghan O'Rourke '15, Associate Director of Regional Programs, Ken will share his insights and predictions about the hiring process, and what it takes to find the perfect job. Specifically, Ken and Meghan will discuss:

  • The #1 secret to getting hired and finding the right candidates
  • The value of social media in job search
  • The art of applying to online job posts
  • The importance of writing compelling job descriptions and resumes
  • The new salary paradigm
