Join us for the Chicago Torero Club's first ever virtual cooking class led by alumna and chef Emily Knapp '15. 

This interactive cooking class will highlight classic fall dishes that are delicious, yet simple enough to become your go-to dishes for yourself or for hosting this holiday season.

During this interactive zoom event, Emily will be showing us how to prepare each recipe, providing tips and tricks to improve your own home cooking. Follow along and cook dinner with Emily or watch so that you can prepare the recipes on your own!

Get ready to make the following delicious meal:

  • Arugula salad with apple cider vinaigrette, goat cheese and walnuts and apples
  • Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sauce
  • Rosemary Chocolate Chip Cookies

Have any burning questions about cooking, being a chef or anything in between?! Emily will be answering questions throughout the class.

The class is free to attend but you are required to purchase all ingredients needed for the meal. Registration is also required.
