Leading When You Don’t Have the Answers

Part 1 - Oct. 7

We are living in an unprecedented time of crisis, testing our leadership in finding our way forward. Being an adaptive leader means having the ability to drive change in the context of multi-faceted and evolving challenges. In uncertain times, individuals need to be able to respond to complex problems with both clarity and agility to overcome barriers when they emerge. This session will explore adaptive leadership techniques for developing, coaching, and nurturing teams to respond to crises and challenges in a successful way.

Leading When You Don’t Have the Answers

Part 2 - Nov. 5

In these unprecedented times of crisis, our nonprofit community is tested in finding our way forward. Organizations will be better placed to address complicated challenges by seeking out solutions from diverse perspectives, including all levels of the institution and the voices of those directly impacted by the issue. Adaptive leadership practices are designed to help organizations not just navigate change and uncertainty, but to embrace both. This webinar will introduce tools to help organizations to successfully adapt and thrive while staying true to their values and strengths.
