Saturday, July 25 from 11 - 12:30 p.m. PT
Zoom (register for link)

We invite you to take part in a conversation about the complexity of Latinidad. In this conversation, USD Professor of Sociology Greg Prieto, PhD, will share his research and discuss how colorism and recent events are impacting the Latino community. This virtual event will be moderated by Kevin Pelaez ‘14, President of the Latino Alumni Network.

Included in the registration page is an opportunity for you to ask questions of Dr. Prieto that will be used to guide the conversation. The conversation will include whole-group as well as breakout room opportunities (time permitting) for us to engage in these conversations with Dr. Prieto and our peers.

Looking forward to seeing you all as we engage in this important dialogue.
