Join us on Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. for an hour-long QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training session. You will learn how to spot early warning signs of suicide, how to begin a conversation with someone who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or substance abuse and how to make a referral to the Counseling Center.

Come learn what questions to ask (and what questions are not so helpful) in order to be a resource for a friend or loved one who might be struggling or thinking about suicide. Please register in advance at sandiego.edu/youareusd. All registrants will receive a confirmation email with the room location. Light snacks will be provided!
