The University of San Diego, School of Law, is pleased to present “The Changing Nature of Patent Law,” which will address recent changes in patentable subject matter, patent challenges at the USPTO, injunctive relief and remedies, novelty and obviousness, induced and joint infringement, and a host of other topics. The conference will feature Federal Circuit and district court patent pilot judges, leading local practitioners, and prominent patent law academics.
