Attention USD women: Gain self-confidnece and learn how to defend yourself in this five-week seminar recreation class. The class meets Saturdays from 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. Feb. 9 through March 9. The class can be taken as credit or non-credit. All classes are open to students, staff, faculty and alumni. Register today.
