Prioritizing Student Health & Wellness

Be Well USD

Be Well USD is a caring and inclusive space for students, faculty, staff and families who are committed to the health and wellness of the USD community.

Dedicated to developing the whole person, this website seeks to raise awareness and reduce stigma about mental health, enhance help-seeking behavior, provide students with important life skills, and create an environment that promotes the overall health and well-being of students as they strive to reach their personal and academic goals. You are an important and integral part of this campus and this community.

Be Well USD Videos: USD Begins with Us

The University of San Diego launched a Year of Wellness to celebrate, solidify and strengthen all the ways that USD’s people and programs come together in this unique place to help our campus community thrive — in mind, in body and in spirit. These videos showcase some of the many voices across campus who play a role in the well-being of students, faculty, employees and others in the USD community. Each video showcases the theme, “USD Begins with Us!”.
