Graduate and Law Student Housing

Thank you for your interest in on campus law/graduate housing. We have limited law/graduate housing available. If you are interested in housing please contact Residential Life at housing@sandiego.edu or 619-260-4777. 

Housing will only be offered in the Presidio Terrace Apartments and space is limited. 

We encourage you to also review the Off Campus Housing website for information on becoming a renter, transportation, parking and other housing resources.

USD Tram service is not provided between the apartment complex and main campus.  Please use designated walkaways and crosswalks to access main campus. Please make sure to review the Tram Information and Hours page for additional information.

Presidio Terrace Apartments

The Presidio Terrace Apartments are located along Linda Vista Road near the west entrance to campus and offers housing to mostly graduate and law students. These apartments offer continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession, and Spring Break). These 42 Presidio Terrace Apartments offer fully furnished single unit (one-bedroom/one-bathroom) apartments with kitchens and living rooms that provide the additional privacy. Utilities and maintenance are included and each apartment has wifi service. A laundry room is provided on the premises.

Community Director: IC Ulep

IC Ulep is a Community Director with the Residential Education team, overseeing the Upper-Division apartments including Manchester Village, the University Terrace Apartments (UTAs), and the Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTAs). IC was born in Virginia and holds a Bachelor's in Biology from Old Dominion University and a Master's in Education from Rutgers University.

IC lives with Teo, one of 2 residential pups in Manchester Village, and both can be seen walking around Manchester field several times a day. When they are not outside walking, IC and Teo are usually at home streaming their favorite shows and eating all the snacks.

Assistant Community Director: Rebecca A. Hill

Rebecca Hill is an Assistant Community Director with Residential Education team, overseeing the Upper-Division apartments including Manchester Village, the University Terrace Apartments (UTAs), and the Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTAs). Rebecca was born in Illinois and holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from Elmhurst University and Earning a Master's in Higher Education Leadership here at USD.

Rebecca lives in Manchester Village and loves to cook Midwestern casseroles, embroidering, and coloring in her free time. When not crafting you can find her listening to her audiobooks around campus or singing.
