Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTs)
The Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTs) will go offline for construction in January of 2026. Residents will not be permitted to occupy this area after the end of December 2025. We anticipate the PTs to remain offline for at least 3-5 years. Graduate/Law students interested in living in a single unit apartment should seek off-campus housing options.
Presidio Terrace Apartments
The Presidio Terrace Apartments are located along Linda Vista Road near the west entrance to campus. These apartments offer continuous occupancy (including Christmas Break, Intersession, and Spring Break). These 42 Presidio Terrace Apartments offer fully furnished one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments with kitchens and living rooms. Utilities and maintenance are included and each apartment has WiFi service. A laundry room is provided on the premises.
Off Campus Housing
Housing will only be offered in the Presidio Terrace Apartments and space is limited. We encourage you to also review the Off Campus Housing website for information on becoming a renter, transportation, parking and other housing resources.
USD Tram service is not provided between the apartment complex and main campus. Please use designated walkways and crosswalks to access main campus. Please make sure to review the Tram Information and Hours page for additional information.

The Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTs) are made up of about 40 single units. All are 1 bed/bath apartments with kitchens and living rooms. Please log in with your MySanDiego username and password to view the PT apartment layout and sample Floor Plan below.
The mailing address for the Presidio Terrace Apartments has been adjusted so that all mail is received and processed at the central mail center on-campus. Unit numbers are generated via your my.sandiego.edu portal.
