Manchester Village
Manchester Village offers housing in 4 bedroom (2 bathroom) single bedrooms or 2 bedroom (2 bathroom) double room apartments. A Community Director, Assistant Community Director, eight Resident Assistants, and four Resident Ministers reside alongside a mix of 300 second-year, junior and senior students.
Apartments include living and dining areas and full-size kitchens with full refrigerator/freezers, microwave, and oven/stove. Each bedroom is wired for basic cable television and also includes wireless interest.
Continuous occupancy (including Christmas/winter Break, Intersession, and Spring Break) is provided at no additional expense to residents that stay for the full academic year.Double rooms in Manchester contain a twin extra-long (80") twin bed and mattress, while single rooms contain a full-sized bed. Residential Life will communicate with you your specific bed based on your assignment.

Manchester Village Apartments Resources
During the day, residents can visit the Manchester Residential desk located in building 2. Please see our Residential Resources page for the hours of operation and additional information.
The Resident Assistant Office is located around the corner and to the left of the front desk. RAs are present during the evenings for Manchester residents.
There are study lounges on each floor and a variety of lounges on the first floor, including a group study room and a multi-purpose room with a large screen TV.
There is a fitness room located on the first floor of Manchester with cardio equipment, strength training, and more. Hours are posted on the door, and only Manchester residents are allowed entry with their Torero ID.
The Laundry Facilities are on the first floor of building 1.
