Dr. Tim Randell: Career Catalyst Award Winner

The University of San Diego (USD) Career Development Center is delighted to announce Dr. Tim Randell as the inaugural recipient of the Career Catalyst Award. This new award recognizes a USD community member who demonstrates exceptional commitment to supporting the Career Development Center's mission through innovative and forward-thinking contributions that significantly enhance student success.

Dr. Randell's dedication perfectly embodies the spirit of this award. His consistent collaboration with the Career Development Center, leadership in organizing the Careers in English alumni panel nearly every semester, and his commitment as Internship Coordinator and leader of the Southeast San Diego Tutoring Program have made a lasting impact on USD students. These initiatives provide students with invaluable professional insight and hands-on opportunities for growth, exploration, and career preparation.

The Career Development Center celebrates Dr. Randell's inspiring commitment to career readiness and student development. We are honored to present him with this inaugural honor.

The Career Champion Award will be presented to Dr. Randell on April 25, 2025.
