Please Note: We do not handle custodial services for the Law School, University Center or Student Life Pavilion at this time.

Materials Requests: FM Service Coordinators (only) can make Materials Requests here.

COVID-19 Materials & Supplies

Subject to limits, some protective equipment and disinfecting supplies are available to order by Budget Administrators (only) for their departments or areas of responsibility. Please limit your order to a one month (maximum) supply of items.

  1. Prior to ordering, please review these instructions.
  2. Review the current inventory available to you (pictures and descriptions).
  3. Place your order (you will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup).
  4. Pickup your order at the FM Warehouse per the hours below.

Note: If you are not a Budget Administrator, your order may be rejected. Only parts with COVID-19 in the part description can be ordered by Budget Administrators.

  • In order to ensure we have adequate supplies for all areas, please limit your order to a one month (maximum) supply of items.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be ready for pickup the following day, if available.
  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM can be ready after 2:00 PM the same day, if available.
  • Order pickups can be made M-F between 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Warehouse staff will contact you by email when your order is ready for pickup.
