The USD Band Program (page under construction.) new for Fall 2015 is comprised of two bands: Concert and Pep Bands. Both groups meet Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Shiley Theatre, Camino Hall. The Concert Band will play high level repertoire and perform a final concert each semester, while the Pep Band plays several USD basketball games in addition to other events around campus. The band is also proud to be a part of the University's iPad classroom project: every band student will have an iPad throughout the semester. Through ForScore, TonalEnergy, and other apps, we look forward to integrating technology to heighten our musical experience. The bands look forward to future growth, including the formation of Marching Band in upcoming years, and collaboration with Torero Athletics as we follow the team to Las Vegas and other locations! For more information, please email Dr. Jeff Malecki, Director of Bands at email@example.com.
