Careers in Music Event

Rethinking career pathways in music, the arts, and the nonprofit world.

Hosted by the Department of Music at the University of San Diego, Careers in Music at USD invites music students to discover and explore a variety of careers that venture off the beaten path of traditional music jobs. Our events feature stories of local trailblazers whose work combines music and community outreach, entrepreneurship, arts non-profit, and advocacy. In addition to conversing and connecting with our featured speakers, Careers in Music invites students to think in new ways about the diverse, exciting possibilities a degree in music has to offer.
