Our annual conference is an opportunity to review and exchange new perspectives on how our society is changing in the face of one of the most important social phenomena of our time — entrepreneurship.

The Ahlers Center of International Business at the University of San Diego, the University of Alberta School of Business, and the organizing team extends a special invitation to you to attend the eighth annual Reversing the Arrow Conference on the entrepreneurship's impact on under-represented groups and social inequality at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity on June 22-24, 2025.
Theme and Call for Papers
We invite you to the eighth annual Reversing the Arrow Conference! This year's overarching theme is "Entrepreneurship’s Impact on Underrepresented Groups and Social Inequality." The conference will be held at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, Alberta, where ideas meet nature in the stunning backdrop of the Canadian Rockies. We invite you to propose an abstract for a paper for presentation that reflects the theme above. We welcome scholars from organizational theory, ethics, ethnography, economic sociology, organization design, management, science and technology, and strategy. This can be an early paper idea, a working paper, or a theme that fits this conference's theme.
You do not need to submit a paper to attend the conference. The conference is by invitation only.
The deadline for submitting paper abstracts was March 30, 2025.
