Online Registration

All holds must be cleared before you can reserve your class.

All current students
USD graduate students may reserve their courses online at any time during these four weeks.
Please Note
After October 29 online registration is closed for all Intersession registrations; you may not add or drop Intersession classes online. All changes to your Intersession registration schedule must be completed by submitting the Torero Hub Question Form.
Online registration tuition due date
Tuition payments for courses reserved during online registration are due by Monday, December 1, 2025. Students who add a course after this date will need to pay their tuition in full at the time of registration. Class registration is not officially complete until all tuition and fees are paid. Students who have not paid their tuition in full on or before December 1 will be assessed an interest fee of .8333% of their tuition. Email Registration
Email/Walk-In registration begins Monday, November 3. To register for a class after the online registration period closes you will need to submit the Torero Hub Question Form. Please note that tuition will be due in full at the time of registration.
Last day to register for classes
Students have until the first day of the class to register. For courses that start at or after 4 p.m. registration without a late add approval is available until the next day at 5 p.m.
Grade information and transcripts
Grade information can be obtained by logging on to your MySanDiego portal (https://my.sandiego.edu) and selecting the My Academics tab. On the My Registration channel, under My Classes, select View My Grades. Grades are available approximately five business days after the conclusion of the last class. Official and unofficial transcripts may be ordered on the same channel. A fee of $10 is charged for each official transcript.
