Join fellow alumni, faculty, students, and friends of the Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science for our annual Homecoming Alumni Luncheon. This year's event celebrates our shared commitment to advancing health equity while providing an opportunity to reconnect with the HSON community.
We are honored to welcome back Brenda Miller, PhD '17, as our keynote speaker. Dr. Miller will present "Advancing Health Equity Together," exploring the vital role of health equity in nursing practice and education. Her presentation is inspired by The Future of Nursing 2020–2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity, which identifies health equity as a central priority for the nursing profession.
Drawing on her experience as a nurse educator, Dr. Miller will share practical insights on how nurses can continue to lead efforts to improve equitable care for the communities they serve.
Reconnect with the HSON community over lunch, engage in meaningful conversations, and be inspired by ideas that advance nursing and health equity.
Continuing Education
The keynote presentation is eligible for continuing education (CE) credit for qualified attendees. Participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive additional information at the event regarding CE credit eligibility and the process for claiming credit.
