To reserve an instructional lab for your course, please reach out to your Academic Scheduler. If you need a lab for additional sessions beyond your lecture or for a few specific dates during the semester, you can conveniently reserve one through our EMS scheduling system linked below.

There, you can explore available equipment, view space layouts, and check the software currently installed. If you need assistance with any equipment or have questions about the software, please let us know when you make your reservation. Software request for Instructional Labs, Classrooms and Open Labs
If you require any software to be installed in our instructional computer labs, classrooms or open labs, please put it your request through our software installation request form at least three weeks prior to the start of the semester.
Reserve an Instructional Lab
To reserve an instructional computer lab for your course please contact your Academic Scheduler. If you would like to reserve a few sessions for your course or a lab in addition to your course, please put in your request at least 72 hours in advance. If you are unable to reserve a lab due to short notice, please contact the lab team at supers@sandiego.edu.
